    Hi Scott,
I just watched your video on cleaning bottles, and I think you do it the hard way.I use PBW by 5 star.
It stands for "powdered brewers wash".It's a safe Environmentally friendly cleaner.I've used it for a number of years now.2 or 3 ounces to a tub of water, then just soak your bottles for a couple hours,or longer if necessary. It works well on 90% to 95% of bottles I clean.I use a plastic container and get multiple bottle washings out of it.Most labels fall off, then rinse with water. Some bottles use a nasty glue thats very hard to remove, for that I use Paint thinner on a towel and just wipe the glue off, then rinse well with water. Before using bottles,I use 5 star STAR SAN sanitizer.I use both for cleaning beer bottles as well.I hope this helps your fellow wine makers.
