Here’s the vacuum pump you’ll want if you’d like to give this a try:

You’ll also want to get a size 10 bugger with a hole drilled in the middle.

    Thank’s for the info. on degassing wine. I am not familer with the wine pump in your video nor have l seen those clear plastic carboys. Very interesting indeed.
